1. For work on disconnection of single apartment from long-distance heating make the following: File to the Thermal Networks organization the declaration of abandonment of services of long-distance heating. Provide documents which are necessary for production of shutdown in administration, namely: the statement in the approved form; the documents defining the rights for premises; photocopy of the passport (technical) room; written consent of all residents of the apartment; and if municipal building – the written consent of all residents of the house; correctly issued project of re-equipment of heating services.
2. On the basis of the provided documents get permission to re-equipment or the refusal which is in writing issued with justification of the reason. In case of refusal you can address for the solution of your question to judicial authorities. Having received the decision, address with it in specialized services which, according to the project (in compliance with the license), will make necessary repair building measures on reconstruction and re-equipment of utilities. Do not perform any works independently!
3. After completion of works on transition to individual heating address for execution of the act of acceptance to administration, receive the act of acceptance of work on reconstruction of the room, carry it in the organization which is engaged in accounting of real estate objects. If you in due time do not provide documents on transition to individual heating, to you can continue to make charges for the consumed heat, according to applicable fares and the prices.
4. If you after reconstruction and transition to individual heating had elements of long-distance heating (struts, supply pipelines and obratka), contain them according to rules on operation and make necessary actions for maintenance them in working order.
