1. Before turning off the rusted bolt, first of all check the used tools. Heads, extension or box wrenches have to be made of quality metal with the corresponding covering. Unfortunately, cheap products too often break, cause still big problems and even damage problem parts.
2. For a start try to turn off the rusted bolt on system "back and forth". Densely record key on bolt, then sharply turn it as it is possible further against rotation axis, easily return to starting position and again the sharp movement try to unscrew it a little. Manipulations should be continued until the bolt in literal sense does not cut through the rusted part of thread.
3. If the last way has not helped, it is worth using the special getting lubricant, for example, of very popular WD-40. At its absence turpentine, kerosene, gasoline or oleic acid can also help. Envelop the rusted bolt rags and densely fill in the turned-out design with the chosen liquid. Leave rags at several o'clock, periodically taping bolt the hammer for the best penetration of liquid into structure of rust. After that the bolt can be unscrewed, if necessary using system "back and forth".
4. If and after pickling in special mix the bolt does not wish to get out, knowledge of physics of school courses will come to the rescue. Use the soldering iron, the industrial hair dryer, blowpipe or if the part sizes with the rusted bolt allow, normal gas-fire for bolt warming up up to the greatest possible temperature. After that allow metal to cool down slightly and unscrew bolt. Sharp cooling can lead to rupture of metal of bolt or the part, however such way is also applied.
5. If the "physical" way has not conceived success, only the chemistry will be able to come to the rescue. In this case around the acting part of the rusted bolt the side from melted plastic, plasticine or paraffin is stuck. In educated ring a little zinc sawdust is filled and sulphuric acid is filled in. Thus the bolt becomes the participant of process of galvanization (it is also school course). As a result of such process the bolt is not affected by acid because of more active zinc, however rust will be completely dissolved. Besides, after carrying out such experiment within a day metal of bolt will be restored thanks to the same zinc.
