Instruction
1. If the cap of bolt has broken off, but from it remained though some part, try to make file in it groove under the screw-driver. After that accurately unscrew the damaged bolt the screw-driver suitable by the size.
2. When the cap is broken off completely, it is possible to use professional devices for twisting of such bolts. Buy special gimlets in shop of auto parts. Drill the hole corresponding to the size of such gimlet in bolt, and twist it there. Then unscrew bolt for the sticking-out end of the gimlet.
3. It is possible to pull out bolt and in a different way. Drill in it opening of such size that to thread there were only 1-1.5 mm. During drilling periodically dip heated drill in lubricating oil. Then carefully pick out the bolt remains any sharp metal object, for example, the same screw-driver. The main thing is to calculate correctly the drill size not to touch thread. This option will approach also when it is necessary to get the split bolt.
4. If the cap of bolt is torn off, but the fragment with thread sticks out, pull out it by means of nut. For this purpose pick up nut for the size and strongly heat it on fire. It is necessary to hold it at the same time tweezers or nippers with fire-resistant handles not to burn hand.
5. After the nut properly is heated, wind it on the sticking-out bolt fragment. Because of high temperature nut it has to be welded on it. After a while, necessary in order that metal has cooled down, take the key suitable by the size and unscrew bolt for the nut welded on it.
6. It is possible also to try to pull out bolt key asterisk or as it is called still, troksy. For this purpose it is necessary to drill opening in bolt and to hammer there troks. When it comes at all length, turn out for it bolt.
