1. Get in household department of shop abrasive paper and solvents for paints. And if furniture in itself still quite suitable, then it it is easy to return to original state. And if desired it is possible to change color for more modern or the most acceptable in ensemble of all set. For this purpose, first of all, it is necessary to get rid of old polish.
2. If there are chips, remove old varnish by means of emery cloth. At first coarse-grained, then small slowly, clean with circular motions surface. Screw abrasive paper for convenience of work on wooden bar and fix by small carnations. Select the size of bar for hand. If there is also no damage small chips, edge fins it is possible to be limited to processing of surface the rag, wetted in solvent.
3. The prepared degreased surface to vykrasta in necessary color. Use acrylic or alkyd paints. Oil paints very long, on today's times, dry. To drag out process of repair in the city apartment there is no opportunity, as a rule. After paint dries, cover surfaces with colourless lacquer.
4. There is less labor-consuming, but not less effective way: updating by means of self-adhesive film. Measure all squares demanding restoration and write down data. Go to household shop and choose the coloring which was pleasant to you film self-bonding.
5. Remove from furniture all metal or plastic speakers of part. Carefully wash up the surfaces which are subject to pasting the soap washing solution. Before imposing of film moisten the pasted-over surface with clear cold water that glue grabbed not at once. This precaution will allow you to correct cloth if at once put inaccurately. Stacking sheets of film, distil water from the center to edges.
