- - strong glue.
Instruction
1. Take care along with upholstery and of warming and noise isolation of door. For this purpose buy panels from polyfoam of the same thickness, as door profile. Measure door cloth, cut the sheet fibreboard that it has completely closed all profile.
2. Calculate and find places for the lock and peephole, make openings under them. Double-check correctness of the sizes, having attached the sheet fibreboard to door. Fill internal emptiness of door case with the foam panels, fix them by silicone adhesive.
3. Attach the sheet fibreboard to door and fasten it self-tapping screws by means of the screw driver or drill to profile without preliminary drilling of openings. Fix screws on all perimeter of door that they were not less than three on the short parties and not less than five - on long. Process fibreboard edge abrasive paper.
4. Buy special sealing rubber for door. Tear off protective film and, slightly pulling, densely paste sealant to profile. Choose vinyl artificial leather or dermantin which suits you on color and texture. The size of piece has to be more door on 10-15 cm longwise and width.
5. For lining take foam rubber 1-2 cm thick. If to you it is necessary strengthened shumo- and thermal insulation, get instead of it isobosoms which is used in the motor-car industry. Its indicators it is much better for heat conductivity than the same indicators of foam rubber.
6. Choose good glue, for example "The universal moment". Miss the mark with glue all perimeter of door, apply heater, easily press it, smooth and paste. Sharp stationery knife cut off foam rubber precisely on door profile. Paste also leatherette, since the top face, then from loops. If you work with the workmate, try to paste accurately and exactly upholstery, having smeared with glue heater. When fix fabric from all directions, cut off surplus, put peephole and locks.
