In pursuit of fashionable medicines for beauty and youth many forget about perfection and force of the nature. The simple shell from egg contains so many microelements that no multivitamin medicines can be compared to it. But it is only one of areas where it is possible to use it.
Instruction
1. Enrich organism with calcium and all necessary microelements: fluorine, phosphorus, iron, silicon. All of them are present at egg shell, all is totaled by 27 elements. By means of powder from shell it is possible to get rid of allergy. Besides, calcium is necessary for development of children's organism. Wash crude egg with soap in warm water, carefully rinse. Pour out of it egg yolk and white. Again wash out shell. Boil it 5 minutes. It is possible to use shell of already boiled eggs, but it is less effective. Pound it in mortar or crush in powder in the coffee grinder. Accept with porridge or cottage cheese in the mornings. Taking into account age the dosage can be from 1.5 to 3 g.
2. Use egg shell in garden and garden works. Wash egg shell of already used eggs. Dry it and crush any in the way convenient to you. Add it to the soil before you dig kitchen garden. On one square meter it is possible to use shell about 100 eggs. Such way considerably will reduce acidity of the soil. This method of processing before landing of tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes is especially good. Crush shell moderately and scatter it in kitchen garden or in garden near plants, it will frighten off slugs.
3. Apply shell from eggs when cleaning kitchen ware. Crush egg-shell. Fill up it in teapot or thermos. Fill in on the third part of volume with water, well stir up and leave for the night. By the morning the ware will be clean. This way is suitable for de-scaling and green raid in bottles with water. Fill the crushed shell on greasy frying pan or baking sheet. Well wipe with sponge, the kitchen utensils will become clean without use of chemical solutions.
