Many people mistakenly assume that normal sawdust from tree represents waste material. In fact, sawdust can serve in economy kind service not once. Such spheres for use of sawdust exists a little: they will be useful on the seasonal dacha and also at construction or repair, or even for classes with children.
Instruction
1. Use sawdust in truck farming and gardening for mulching of the soil, for example, under bushes of currant and raspberries and currants. For this purpose take the rerotting sawdust if there are no such, then prepare fresh (if you do not make it, sawdust will take away nitrogen from the soil). Spread out polyethylene film of the big size, pour out on it 3 buckets of sawdust and 200 g of urea, then pour out of watering can on sawdust 10 l of water and repeat so several times. After that, envelop everything film, and press down edges stones. In two weeks you can mulch the turned-out rerotting sawdust beds. Best of all do it in the first half of summer when moisture from the soil actively evaporates. If the layer for mulching turns out too big, then in the fall or in the second half of summer loosen the soil.
2. Distribute sawdust small layer on beds with wild strawberry, it will not allow berries to concern the earth and will protect them from gray decay. At the same time, if you bring sawdust in the fall, they will be able to save wild strawberry from winter frosts. For this purpose use the fresh sawdust from coniferous breeds of wood processed by urea.
3. You can use sawdust in construction: to plaster of walls in garden lodge. For mixing of mortar prepare cement, clay, sawdust and newsprint. At first well mix cement and sawdust, then add clay and paper stock. Mixing, add water, before receiving viscous homogeneous mass. Throw plaster over the wall which is previously covered with bars, and then at once smooth with special grater. Thickness of such covering will have to turn out about 2 cm. This plaster dries up to 2 weeks, at the same time do not forget to air the room constantly. This plaster is suitable only for internal works, walls turn out rather warm with porous surface.
4. Use sawdust in children's creativity: execute on cardboard the drawing with simple plot. Then paint this drawing. After that, pick up the gouache suitable on color, ink or water-based paints. Dissolve paint in water and fill up for 15-20 minutes sawdust for coloring directly in solution. Then dry up sawdust: spread out them on paper or on fabric, mixing from time to time. When sawdust dries, spread out them in envelopes in the flowers. Apply glue on the small site of the drawing, fill layer of sawdust of suitable color and slightly press down. Shake that sawdust which was not pasted.
