Varnish surface of table – it is practical, esthetically, functionally. The covering of wooden surfaces prevents their destruction as varnish perfectly protects tree from moisture and damage. Drawing new layer depends on whether the table was painted, lacquered or has planed surface and was not subject to any type of decorative processing.

- - abrasive paper;
- - brush;
- - roller;
- - primer;
- - mordant.
Instruction
1. If you are going to varnish table which has been painted or has varnish surface, then remove all old layer of any paintwork material and only after careful processing start repeated covering.
2. To clean table from paints and varnishes, use chemical, mechanical or thermal method of removal of old covering. When using chemical smyvatel apply it on table surface by means of rags, in 10 minutes wipe table with dry rags.
3. For removal of old varnish coat or paint by means of thermal method, use the construction hair dryer. You make warming up of surface for use and delete old layer by means of rags.
4. To clean table from old layer of paints and varnishes by means of mechanical method, use the Bulgarian or the grinder and small emery cloth. Accurately clean surface on low turns of devices as inclusion of high turns can lead to damage of wooden surface then you should carry out putty of all surface.
5. You can put varnish coat with brush or the roller. If you use colourless lacquer and want the table to have shade, then previously put one, two or several layers of mordant or color primer.
6. If you do not use mordant, then surely ground table surface not less, than on two layers. It will allow to reduce consumption of varnish and will level small roughnesses which are always present at tree, irrespective of care of its grinding.
7. Use primers on the basis of water which are provided in trade in wide assortment and have different colors and also can be colourless. After drawing each its layer give time for full drying-out of surface. On it 12 hours will be required.
8. Put varnish coat, leave table for 24 hours for full drying of the first layer. Varnish table on the second time.
