Usually individual housing construction is heated independently. And for the benefit of the owner of the house to minimize expenses on heating. If competently to warm owner-occupied dwelling, then it is possible to save on accounts for energy carriers significantly.

1. In owner-occupied dwelling of heatloss go through floor, walls and roof. Warming has to be complex. And it is necessary to begin with floor. If the house is only under construction and the tie is not filled in yet, then it is necessary to make the following: - to fill and stamp layer of crushed stone 10 cm thick; - from above to fill and stamp layer of sand 10 cm thick; - over sand to lay heat-insulating plates; - to spread waterproofing; - to make tie. If there is opportunity to buy granulated slag, then over sand it is better to fill layer from this cellular thermal insulation material.

2. If in the house there is already ready cement floor, then for warming on it wood beams, between them – thermal insulation mats keep within, and the floorboard or OSB plates over which the floor covering is already laid from above is laid.

3. It is impossible to warm owner-occupied dwelling, without having warmed wall. Through them there are about 30% of all heat. First of all it is necessary to establish in the house modern windows with energy saving double-glazed windows and densely closed doors. Walls can be warmed both outside, and inside. However internally warming has number of shortcomings: - the total amount of internal rooms is concealed; - thermal insulation does not accumulate heat, and only interferes with its conclusion outside; - walls of the house remain cold, and on inside the dampness and mold because of condensate can be formed. Such problems do not arise when warming walls outside – walls get warm, accumulate heat, and the layer of thermal insulation interferes with their cooling.

4. The ceiling can be warmed mats from mineral wool. Any heater performs the function, only remaining dry. Therefore the layer of ceiling heater needs to be protected from moisture and condensate. For this purpose from roof mineral wool is covered with hydrobarrier which interferes with moisture hit outside and at the same time passes couples (condensate) from within. From premises, heater is covered with parobaryer. This material does not pass not only moisture, but also the smallest parts of steam. Having warmed thus the house, it is possible to cut down costs on heating considerably.
