Instruction
1. Proceeding from climatic indicators of the region, choose materials for warming. In the absence of severe winters, natural materials will approach: dry leaves, straw, sawdust and peat.
2. If the well is operated periodically, use heater cable or put the low-power heater in pipe. The floating sensor of freezing will allow you to save the electric power. It will turn on if ice appears.
3. Sheathe strut the metal gauze. From above put on wooden casing it. Fill space between covering and casing with sawdust. Enclose tin tray with small bias and conclusion for casing that water did not get to heat-insulating material.
4. Weak point is the tube section from the well to the basement of the house. Buy technical pipe with a diameter of 10 cm and place in it water pipe and cable from the pump.
5. When freezing soil on depth more than 80 cm lay heater cable around technical pipe. It will help you to prevent in the winter any accident of your water supply system.
6. Use the heat-insulating materials at large amount of ground waters and deep freezing of soil. Layer of natural or synthetic material do not less than 35 cm. These heaters will also approach if in the well there is electric pump. Warm so that between pipe surface and heater there was air gap in 5 cm.
7. That the well has not frozen, warm also caisson (metal well) which is located over the mouth. For this purpose block intake of cold air to the mouth.
8. Take thick-walled polyfoam and cut out from it the disk equal to diameter of caisson of the well. Establish in well.
9. More rigid construction will turn out if to cut out disk from plywood and to upholster its penofoly. Establish heater of disk in upper part of caisson of the well. Thus, you do not allow hit of cold air inside, and water will get warm from below at the expense of the positive temperature of base layers of the earth.
