As a rule, each washing begins with sorting of linen on light, dark and color. At the same time for each look there are both general rules and recommendations, and individual. Washing of color things also demands special approach.
Instruction
1. Try to use soft water when washing color things. To learn rigidity level in glass of hot water rub 1 tablespoon of normal toilet soap. If it is dissolved quickly, without having left deposit, consider that you have soft water. If on surface of glass there is film – hard water. It is possible to soften it, having applied glycerin or soda (enough 2 tablespoons on glass of water). Add the received solution to water.
2. Wet color socks, golfs or tights before washing in special solution. For its preparation you will need 2 tablespoons of boric acid, 1 glass of warm water. Mix these ingredients and let's infuse within 40-60 minutes.
3. Strongly polluted color fabrics (special clothes, etc.) need to be wetted previously. For this purpose part 3 tablespoons of laundry soap in 1 liter of abrupt boiled water. Add teaspoon of soda to the cooled-down soap solution and 200 ml of kerosene. Carefully rub with this mix the polluted sites and leave for 6-8 hours. After that wash things in warm water with addition of normal laundry detergent.
4. Cotton color fabrics previously wet in slightly added some salt water within 20-30 minutes (at the rate on 1 liter of water 3 tablespoons of table salt).
5. Wash linen color things in soap solution with addition of vinegar. After that rinse them in cool water. In this case vinegar is added in order that color did not fade.
6. Also remember that it is better to wash color things manually. At the same time it is recommended to use special powder for color fabrics which can be got in specialized shop or in department of household chemicals. When washing things surely use rubber gloves, nobody cancelled care of skin of hands.
