Instruction
1. Make special nozzle for the soldering iron: for this purpose take copper plate of 40 mm by 20 mm in size and drill in it two openings on diameter of splint. Then bend this plate in tube. Dress this tubule on soldering tip. Make round wheel of copper plate. By means of chisel make to it wavy edges. Then by means of shoe nail fix wheel with tube.
2. Make the soldering iron red-hot and carry out in the place to polyethylene film where cellophane needs to be soldered or cut. Later by means of felt remove the film remains from wheel.
3. Make the device nozzle for the iron by means of which it is possible to weld thermoplastic film. This adaptation is the Tee profile from aluminum about forty centimeters long. Smooth out that part of profile by means of which welding of film will be made the soldering iron, and then abrasive paper. Cut out nozzle from millimetric sheet aluminum: its dimensions – the iron sole sizes with allowance ten millimeters on bends. In the middle by the size of profile cut longitudinal opening.
4. Spread out the welded polyethylene film on plain surface. On film put foil or fabric without synthetic impurity. Put on nozzle the iron and slowly conduct on the welded strip.
5. Make thermoroller. Make brackets for thermoroller of steel (thickness about one millimeter) on which ends drill openings with a diameter of 5 mm. Make roller of steel washer: by means of abrasive paper round off its ends and process working surface, having made it smooth. Mechanical part of thermoroller is provided by four brass washers with diameter of 10-12 mm which surely grind. Process all rubbing surfaces graphite powder and collect thermoroller. Then by means of nut fix it on soldering tip. Regulate heating of thermoroller by easing or scrolling of the screw connecting this adaptation to soldering tip.
