In spite of the fact that beautiful and practical PVC coverings including linoleum, is produced in various sizes, quite often it is necessary to stack in one square at once several sheets which demand the correct connection among themselves. That the seam on linoleum was not visible, welding is used. In house conditions the sealing of joints is carried out by means of cold welding as hot is applied to processing of the commercial linoleum used for the device of floor coverings in uninhabited rooms.

- - construction adhesive tape;
- - knife with the rounded-off edge.
Instruction
1. Clay used for welding is two types: And yes S. Pervy is intended for sealing of joints of just laid linoleum, and the second welding of seams which have managed to disperse during operation of covering. Anyway before works it is necessary to prepare covering. If cold welding is applied to sealing of joints of linoleum which is already laid, clean joints the vacuum cleaner, wipe them with rag and carefully dry up.
2. Before laying of new linoleum for a start it is necessary to even the adjoining edges of material. Lay linoleum on the sheet chipboard and cut it, after that paste it on tie by means of special glue structures on bilateral adhesive tape.
3. Paste wide painting adhesive tape on two interfaced material halves to avoid damage of its front surface. Accurately cut through fine edge adhesive tape over the place of joint of cloths then start drawing cold welding on adherend surfaces.
4. Uncork tube with glue and apply mix in the seam located between two sheets of linoleum. On tip of tube there is needle acting as guide on which glue is entered. The glue structure needs to be distributed evenly on all face of joint. At the same time height of glue strip should not be more than 4 mm.
5. You will see that small part of glue can come to light. It is quite normal process, and therefore it is not necessary to delete surplus of structure at once. It is connected with the fact that chemical processes which proceed in material demand time, besides, having removed the acting surplus, you risk to remove glue from the seam or to litter adherend surface. And it will have an adverse effect on quality of the done work.
6. After glue drying on what no more than 15 minutes leave, remove painting adhesive tape. If edges of linoleum have been laid correctly, after drying the seam after cold welding will be imperceptible from outside.
