Immersion vibrator for concrete – the device which allows to improve characteristics of building material. Its use deletes air chambers, increases durability of concrete mix. The uniform structure in the future does not crack.
Device
The device of the vibrator includes: the electric motor, flexible power shaft with armor, vibrotip. As the electric drive the asynchronous universal three-phase electric motor is used. If three-phase tension is absent, use of the single-phase electric drive having protective shutdown is allowed. The electric motor provides rotation of flexible shaft with frequency of 3000 rpm.
The flexible shaft is closed by armored hose. Length of element varirutsya from 3rd to 9 meters. The torque is transferred from flexible shaft to tip.
The vibrotip is capsule in the form of cylinder in which there is runner. The capsule vibrates with frequency up to 11.5 thousand beats per minute and above.
Characteristics
Before buying immersion vibrator, it is necessary to pay attention to its technical characteristics
- Processing zone (diameter of consolidation). The labor productivity with use of the device directly depends on parameter.
- Amplitude, vibratory frequency. Than they are higher, quicker air will be forced out by that from solution.
The high-frequency unit from 10-20 thousand fluctuations in min. will be suitable for fine-grained. Use the device of average frequency to concrete of average granularity (3.5-9 thousand fluctuations in 1 min.). To make solution of coarse concrete, the vibrator with vibratory frequency up to 3.5 thousand of 1 min. will approach.
Also dimensions of working tip are considered. Choose the size so that the space between armature and edge of tip exceeded 30% of diameter of tip.
Usually apply fine-grained concrete to filling of the bases. In this regard for processing of solution the vibrator with high frequency is necessary.
Working methods
It is recommended to process the solution layer equal to vibrator tip length. Otherwise the quality of work will suffer.
Before work plan on concrete catch grid of lowering of tip with the step making about 60-70 cm.
Duration of keeping of the device in one point is about 2 min. Excess of this time does not improve quality of solution.
According to the SanPiN 2.2.2.540-96 operating time with the vibrator during 1 change should not exceed 1 h 10 min. The vibrator is recommended to be turned on for 6 min., then to switch off for 4 min. The resource of operation of the device makes several hundreds of hours.
Service regulations
Follow the following rules during the work with immersion vibrator:
- Fill in structure from small height.
- Height of new layer should not exceed 0.4-0.5 m.
- Submerge tip in solution in the vertical direction.
- The areas of influence have to be crossed.
- Do not allow contact of tip to timbering, armature.
- Extend working part from solution the smooth movement.
Do not use immersion vibrator as surface. In due time you carry out maintenance of the device.
