Before that. how to cut out part from polycarbonate, it is necessary to measure window shutter. After that it is necessary to measure the outer diameter of air duct. According to data on internal dimensions cut out insert from polycarbonate or organic glass. In the created quadrangle it is necessary to make round opening into which the air duct will be inserted. Its diameter has to be about 4 mm less than the outer diameter of air duct. It will provide the hardest contact with air duct.
All measurements have to be carried out correctly, with an accuracy of millimeter.
For sealing of design from leaf insert and window frame it is necessary to use self-adhesive sealants from rubber. They are on sale in shop of construction materials.
Process of sealing is obligatory as the leaf insert will serve as only as barrier between the room and the external environment.
It is necessary to open shutter and to fix leaf insert by means of classical elastic band, having recorded it on the handle. After that the inserted leaf can be attached painting adhesive tape on all perimeter and to attach to window frame.
When using plexiglass it is possible to apply special clip-on earrings fixers to production of leaf insert.
When the leaf insert is reliably fixed, it is possible to be engaged in mounting of the conditioner. Most often install the floor mobile conditioner. The drainage hose from it is attached to air duct, and air duct - to conditioner extract. The opposite end of hose is removed to the external environment through insert in window. Before turning on the device, it is necessary to sustain it about 2 hours vertically.
It is possible to turn on the mobile conditioner only in the ground outlet, having provided free access to its plug. It is strictly forbidden to connect the device in the power supply network via the adapter or the extender. It is impossible to ground the conditioner through gas pipe at all. It is better not to install figurative conditioners in the bathroom or on terrace (in the open air). It is impossible to install the safety device on earth wire or on neutral. It is forbidden to interfere with air circulation around the mobile conditioner (for this reason it has to be on distance of at least 50 cm from any objects).
