Isolation of wall: choice of modern technology

Isolation of wall: choice of modern technology

Housekeeping Hits: 124

External walls are one of the main, important designs which will be able to protect housing from environmental activities: temperature drops, wind and precipitation. At the same time it is very important that the correct waterproofing and thermal insulation of walls has been made.

Wall thermal insulation

Distinguish internal and external thermal insulation of external walls of constructions. At external isolation the house as though is "wrapped up" outside, and at internal – fix heater on all inside of walls of the building.

It is necessary to consider that when choosing internal isolation the house room space can be reduced.

At the same time the choice of type of thermal insulation can depend on specific factors of the device of the building. However the main advantage of internal isolation is opportunity to warm the building in difficult conditions: in any weather, at pronounced external relief of sheet walls, with availability of topping coat of plaster on facade. In this case the wall will remain not warmed, will perceive many negative impacts, for example, temperature drops or freezing. Besides, the dew point is in structure of thermal insulation material or on its adjoining line with wall. It can lead to violation of properties of heater, emergence of fungus on internal surfaces of walls of the house.

The dew point is layer in the device of walls of the house in which at big difference of temperature inside or outside of construction there is condensation because of rapid cooling of water vapors.

The most optimal variant will be the construction of external thermal insulation. In this case the dew point will be in thickness of the most heat-insulation layer too, but the wall will not be subject to temperature drops, will not be chilled, will keep heat and remains at the same time dry as, its surface will not be subject to formation of condensate.

Sound insulation, noise isolation of walls

Noise-insulating materials separate into two views: sound-proof and noise-absorbing. To limit distribution of noise to other, neighboring rooms, it is necessary to build in noise absorbing materials walls. These raw materials are capable not only to accept sound waves, but also to absorb them.

Shumozolyatsionny materials turn kinetic energy of sounds into heat.

If it is required to make sound insulation of walls from own room, for example to isolate concrete walls or ceiling from noise of neighbors, then it is necessary to use gobos. More successful decision is use of several materials at once. In this case it is possible to attach sound-absorbing material to wall and from above to build in sound-proof. At the same time it is possible to achieve the best effect.
