Landscaping tasks

Sung Bessmertny (doctor Sung Xi Mao), having felt that he grows old, has moved to the lonely place with green hills and clear water, has built the house and has dug pond, has planted trees and flowers and has lived there till 101 year. Too would not prevent us. Due to the relevance of gardening the landscaping direction moves to the forefront. There are several points of view.

Some consider that landscaping is especially working sphere. Like, there come people, dig up the earth, stick trees, stack lawn, pull out hole, fill with water – here and garden with pond. A bit later birds fly, the hammock is hung up, neighbour's children resort. Workers act according to the same schemes checked for years. The customer is in most cases happy as at the heart of the scheme – the principle of convenience and average beauty. Birds and children – voluntary "litmus sticks": have arrived and have come running, means here – something beautiful and interesting … with trees.

Others consider that this direction in art. The main task of this direction – creation of harmonious situation for daily activity. In it it differs from gardening which is directed to obtaining the actual (agricultural) result in the form of fruits and seeds. Main criteria of landscaping: practicality, simplicity and beauty.

Certainly, stage-by-stage development of landscaping indicates gardening roots. As primary need of the person is preservation of life by means of consumption of food, the tree has been planted for receiving fruit. And only, when the person was full, he could pay attention to beauty of tree, fruit of bearing. Thus, gardening has become widespread at the yards of governors and grandees of the countries of the East. Further gardening as art, has extended almost everywhere.

But what landscaping as the direction developed not thanks to fruit-trees and decorative flowers, moreover at all – not in suburban Chinese small villages is interesting. This concept of the 20th century has arisen in the smoke-filled Western Europe (in Germany, Austria, Great Britain) where process of industrialization has entailed destruction of natural resources and environmental pollution.

Bob Flouz writes the following in the book "Secrets of Longevity of the Chinese Emperors": "It [is necessary] to live in the quiet, lonely place filled with fresh air, sunlight, which is well ventilated with moderate humidity where there are practically no pollution, noise, crush and turmoil. These are such places as the seashore, the village, mountains". It should be noted its recommendations at landscaping realization. As most of us nevertheless lives in the city, designers have developed the mass of the options representing stylization of any given types of landscape.
