Not each gardener undertakes cultivation of eggplants, this culture is quite choosy: both the special care, and certain conditions for growth and development is necessary for it. To achieve strong seedling quite difficult for this reason summer residents ignore landing of this plant.
Eggplants - the vegetables suitable for preparation of various dishes, especially salads and vegetable casseroles. Many love these fruits, however do not grow up them because of ignorance how to achieve good harvest of culture. Yes, care for this species of plant is necessary considerable, however it only at the beginning, after planting of saplings to the constant place in soil after their adaptation only the timely watering and rare fertilizing is necessary.
Competent landing eggplant - guarantee of good viability of culture therefore before starting sowing, it is necessary to study all rules. So, first of all it is necessary to pay attention to soil. It is the best of all to gain already ready structure and to use it, however it is possible to take also the normal earth from kitchen garden (neutral acidity), to add to it a little sand, vermiculite then to use according to purpose.
Now as for landing of seeds. To increase their viability and to reduce incidence of plants further, seeds need to be prepared for sowing in a certain way: at first to take half an hour in potassium permanganate solution (1.5%) then - two days in fabric sack in solution to nitrophoska (teaspoon on water liter). After the done work the seeds should be put on wet towel wipes and to leave for day two (for germination). As soon as sunflower seeds sprout, it is possible to start landing. Depends on depth of landing when the first sprouts appear. If seeds before sowing were not couched, then in this case it is better to plant them on depth of one centimeter, it is possible to put germinated sunflower seeds more deeply - to 2 cm.
As eggplants very slowly grow, after landing it is necessary to create favorable environment for saplings. Whenever possible to make mini small greenery, in due time to humidify the soil and to air design. If landing is made in March, then to establish lamp (additional lighting) to avoid pulling of seedling.
