Peonies – the magnificent fragrant flowers capable to decorate any bed. However care for them demands observance of certain rules, often happens so that after change the peonies cease to blossom or even, apparently, in the most comfortable for them conditions blossom poorly and look weak.

Peonies it is necessary to feed up solution of bird's dung or mullein with the mineral fertilizers added to it. Part 1 bucket of cow manure in 6 buckets of water (dung in 25 buckets) and, having put the container with solution to the solar place, leave it for 10 days for fermentation. After this time add 300 g of superphosphate to solution, and carefully mix 0.5 kg of wood ashes. Before fertilizing of peonies solution needs to be dissolved with water in proportion 1:2.
That and the next year not to ask question of why peonies do not blossom, it is necessary to make prewinter cutting of bushes in time. Cutting needs to be carried out only when stalks lie down after frosts. The fact is that early cutting will deprive roots of peonies of nutrients which in anticipation of winter come from leaves and stalks to rhizomes.
