1. The kitchen in which the plate, cooking surface or oven will be placed has to be without fail equipped with ventilation system. Modern requirements to safety and hygiene of premises oblige to establish extract directly over the location of plate. If you are not able to afford installation of the exhaust block, then without fail equip window with the powerful fan.
2. If you build in plate table-top, then its material has to be with thermal stability not less than 100 wasps, and thickness not less than 25 mm. If on both sides from plate there are cabinets, then the distance from cabinet wall to edge of plate has to equal 15 cm, it is not less. To wall of the kitchen this distance equals 5 cm. Unfortunately, it is impossible to follow these rules sometimes, especially in small kitchens of five-storey apartment blocks and brezhnevka. Therefore between plate and cabinet it is necessary to lay non-combustible thermal insulation material.
3. Connect the electric stove after grounding check. The socket in which the plate cord is stuck has to conduct directly to electroguard. No extenders and adapters can be used.
4. If the gas-fire, then can connect it and only the specialist of gas service has to. When connection is complete, the gas-man checks tightness of all connections and does mark in the passport of the installed equipment. As gas is recommended to be blocked after each cooking, the crane has to stand in the place, available to adults, and its handle has to be easy-to-control. The last stage of installation of gas-fire is adjustment of flame. It has to burn exactly without yellow gleams.
5. Many modern gas-fires are equipped with electroignition. In this case process of installation of plate includes also the electrical work described in the third step.
