The following option includes acrylic resins and latex. Such quartz primer perfectly transfers temperature variation and humidity, has high vapor permeability and water-repellent properties. On expense this type of adhesive structure does not differ from previous at all. Only the primer price with acrylic resins is much lower.
The third category — silicate primer with quartz. The base from liquid glass allows to fill ideally all cracks, to correct defects, roughnesses on surface of walls. Soil is easily combined with different coloring pigments for expansion of the sphere of the operation. This option of structure excellently is suitable for work in rooms with the increased humidity level. Silicate primer is often used for work in basements. It is recommended to apply primer on wall at temperature above +7os. The structure on silicone basis has two serious shortcomings — the long period of drying of 12 o'clock and the highest cost in the market. Therefore repair and finishing crews often choose other options of primer.
Preparation of the tool and stages of drawing

Nuances and councils
Primer with quartz sand in structure optimum is suitable for the subsequent work with limy, plaster, cement plasters, wood and ceramic surfaces to which roughens for faultless adhesion. This material is not recommended to be applied by means of the spray though inexperienced repairmen use this option for simplification and acceleration of work. Some experts are sure that there will be not enough simple cleaning of surface and advise to carry out thorough degreasing of walls to putting primer and further finishing. When choosing structure it is recommended to be guided by the level of expense and decorative properties of product. Quartz primer will not be suitable for processing of plastic and metal surfaces as they have no ability of absorption of liquid. After drying, sand quickly will appear on floor. It is not recommended to use this material for processing of walls which are exposed to strong influence of ultraviolet rays. The sun harmful influences quartz and priming mixes. They will not be suitable and for processing of ceilings.
Experts consider that it is the most reasonable to use quartz primer if it is necessary to get rid of minor defects, to cut consumption on finishing finishing, to create half transparent surface. Use of this material opens unlimited opportunities for dressing of facades of buildings inside and outside. But during operating time out of the room it is worth being afraid of atmospheric precipitation. The rain drops falling on walls can spoil all work.
