The table tennis is not less fascinating, than tennis big, and therefore is frequent in country houses and on summer sports grounds establish game tables directly on the street. The signature table is very expensive therefore it is possible to save, having made it independently.
Production of the game field
For a start you will need to find laminated by chipboard though it is possible to use also the pressed plywood long 137 cm and 152 cm wide. Such panels 2 pieces because it makes sense to do table folding are required, even the chipboards covered with protective layer do not love moisture and the active sun.
Paint panels dark green or blue color with paint, resistant to UV-radiation, it is possible to take oil structure, and it is possible latex.
Put game marking in the form of the cross white line 1 cm thick exactly on the middle of table, it will serve as reference point for grid and game zones. The similar white line separate table longwise, so you outline game fields 2х2 players.
On each side exactly in the middle of the game field establish basic tubes on which you will pull grid. Choose tubes from stainless steel with a diameter of 50-70 mm and as up to 25 cm high over table-top level. It is possible to fix them to cloth from below on self-tapping screws or corner or to do removable by means of use of household clips. Then stick edges at table-tops with the laminating tape.
Installation of table-top
There are several options of production of legs for tennis tables. In the first option of leg are made in the form of the supports made of board of 20-25 mm in size. This basis reminds legs of painting stage on building. These legs are made in number of three pieces and designs have the pyramidal form. At assembly two legs are put at the beginning of panels of table, and the third leg - in the middle of table so, as two half of table-top lean on it at once. Such design is carried out by means of welding and can be both folding, and monolithic. Usually such legs consist of two halves under each table-top. The size of each half of design is slightly less than the sizes of tennis table. At production of support under tennis table it is necessary to consider the international standards on height of tennis tables which make 76 cm from surface on which there is table, to the game area of table.
