Instruction
1. The foundation reinforced concrete block (FBS) has the form of parallelepiped and is made of the high-quality reinforced concrete. For convenience of mounting the edge parties of stone are equipped with dredging. When blocks are located next to each other, dredging forms equal opening of cylindricity in which fill in concrete. So receive vertical joints in laying from foundation reinforced concrete blocks. Independently such block cannot be manufactured: the technology of its production provides vibropressing that is possible only industrially.
2. Foundation reinforced concrete blocks happen three types: from concrete of high specific weight, from lightweight-aggregate concrete, from keramzitobeton. Each of stones has the features. For example, blocks from keramzitobeton well keep heat therefore are suitable for wall construction of first floors, underground garages, basements and so forth.
3. There are following standard sizes of these construction stones: in length they are 2380 mm, 1180 mm, 880 mm. In height: 580 mm and 280 mm, in width – 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm. The smallest foundation block has dimensions of 880/300/580 mm, the largest – 2380/600/580 mm. Such variety of the sizes of stones allows to build designs with height differences and difficult configuration. The large sizes of stones provide bystrovozvodimost of the bases and small amount of construction material. So, the melkozaglublenny tape (for the house of the average size) requires only 16 blocks. For buried – 32.
4. Advantages of all types of foundation reinforced concrete blocks in the high strength which is not conceding to monolith. From them it is possible to build the pier or tape foundation for the house, to build first floors, basements, pedestrian underpasses, etc. Thanks to way of the production these stones have the highest resistance to influence of the external environment. The block has the high density excluding availability of time and emptiness. It provides the hardness of surface of stone and impossibility of development on it of mold or fungus.
5. The big weight of foundation reinforced concrete block can be carried both to its advantages, and to shortcomings. Advantage is that foundation of the house built from these stones gains the maximum stability. Lack of big weight consider complexity of the mounting demanding presence on construction site of the special load-lifting equipment.
