The plinth for ceiling can be made of polystyrene, polyfoam, polyurethane or plastic – these materials are used more often than others. For gluing choose mix according to production material.

Means for gluing of plinths
Most often for gluing of plinths such means are used. Glue structures on polymeric basis. From them "Moment" and "Titanium" are most widespread. At them not only the good knitting basis, but also they grab pretty fast, and the elements pasted with their help will reliably keep. There are also other similar glue solutions on the basis of polymers, but their gluing properties it is slightly worse. Liquid nails. Are safe almost for all materials, can perfectly hold plinth during long term. Such structures are neopropylene – they possess pungent smell and at careless handling before drying can do harm, and acrylic – safer, but less effective. Putty on acrylic basis. Many professional facing workers choose it because on putty to paste plinth very conveniently: - it is not required to press long to surface plinth and to wait until it grabs; - it is possible to cover with the same structure slots between wall and plinth at once, with roughnesses to smooth them. Putty will reliably hold material, it is possible to apply it in the enclosed space, without being afraid for the health.
Than to paste plinth from polyfoam
For finishing of ceilings of acc«mmodation spaces most often choose plinth from polystyrene, polyfoam. These are materials both practical, and inexpensive, and look not worse, than from plaster or tree. It is possible to imitate the columned hall, and it will turn out not so expensively. It is most effective and safer to paste plinth from polyfoam by means of acrylic putty. Liquid nails and other glue mixes can also be used, but only if the structure allows it. On packing indications to application have to be specified.
Use of the gluing structures with the content of aggressive substances can terminate in the fact that the plinth will melt and will deteriorate.
Glue solution for ceiling plinth can be made independently. Not much components are required: finishing putty, PVA glue, water. In capacity the putty is fallen asleep with sufficient volume, to it PVA is added to proportions 4:1. Water is added, solution mixes up to smetanoobrazny consistence. After that it is necessary to let it stand about 10 minutes and to mix anew. It is possible to use the solution prepared thus within one and a half-two hours.
