In construction use different types of grids, they are necessary for reinforcing of reinforced concrete construction, brickwork at wall construction and laying of the foundation. Also construction grids use for protection of seasonal dachas, production of cages for animals and birds, they are necessary and at construction of roads.
Construction grid expanded (PVS)
Such grid is carried out from sheet metal plate by operations of prosekaniye and pulling that allows to keep integrity and dimensions of its structure. PVS – the inexpensive type of grid having the good reinforcing properties. It is often used when laying heat-insulated floor. Cells of such grid have the rhombus form, thickness of PVS can be various. She is defined by step of cutting-out and thickness of metal.
Welded grid
For production of welded grid use smooth wire, its rods have mutually perpendicularly and weld spot welding. Such structure does grid and products of it rigid. Cells have the square or rectangular form. Parameters of cells and wire, type of covering of grid choose depending on type of works for which it is intended.
Choosing grid, check quality of welding - it is the main parameter of its fortress. Welding has to maintain loading in the form of bend.
The grid without covering with cells of 12.5х12.5 mm in size, 12.5kh25mm or 12.5kh25mm and wire 0.6 and 1 mm thick will be suitable for stucco work. At installation of heat-insulated floor the concrete tie is reinforced grid from wire without covering 0.6-1 mm thick with size of cells from 12.5х12.5 to 20х20 mm. For protections use the grid made of thick wire, having galvanized or polymeric covering. Cells of product can be 50x50, 50x100, 100х100 mm.
Plaster grid
In construction for strengthening of plaster coat in and outside of buildings, thermal insulations of pipes and filtration of loose substances apply plaster grid. The metal plaster gauze is manufactured of the sheet of metal in which cut through rhombuses. They then are stretched on the cells located in chessboard order. Besides metal, the plaster grid can be plastic or glass cloth. They are applied to painting, stucco and front work.
Wattled grid
The wattled grid or chain-link is widely used for creation of protections, construction of cages and animals enclosures, for heat-insulating works. Make it of low-carbon steel by method of texture of flat spirals. Cells of grid can be in the form of square or rhombus.
The most qualitative is the chain-link with polymeric covering. Such grid will serve very long as it is not subject to corrosion.
Durability of chain-link depends on the size of cells and diameter of wire. The more diameter of wire less cell, the is stronger grid.
