The wire of VVGNG is applied to mounting of power supply networks, both internal, and external. Its correct name – cable.

- The first letter indicates the name of material of isolation of wire. "In" - designates vinyl, polyvinylchloride is more correct to call it.
- Letter "B" specifies that in wire there is the 2nd insulation layer, too blamed.

Structure
Mains leads VVGNG have various structure affecting utilization properties. Products can consist of one or several veins. In flat wires of VVG the veins are located on one plane. Normally it is cables of small section. Nominal row for VVG wire, including version with marking "нг", - 1.5-50 mm2. Sometimes by the special order release cables of the nominal section of 400 mm2.

Reception of voltage cable in operation means electric tests by the alternating voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz. Influence is carried out 10 min. The cable calculated on the rated voltage of 1 kV has to sustain voltage of 3 kV, and the product calculated on rated napryazheniye1 by kV - 3.5 kV.

Storage
In need of storage of electrocable VVGNG follow the following rules.
- Arrange drums with wires flatwise. It will prevent damages, deformation.
