Water heat-insulated floor - heating without radiators

Water heat-insulated floor - heating without radiators

There are many ways of heating of the room: traditional radiant heating, "electric heat-insulated floor" technology, "water heat-insulated floor" technology, etc. And the last way becomes more popular and more popular every year.

Advantages of water heat-insulated floor

The principle of work of "water floor" the same, as at normal radiator heating services: the hot heat carrier moves on pipes and warms the room. But unlike traditional way of heating, water floor has huge amount of advantages.

- The long operational period (life cycle of polymeric pipes which are used when mounting this heating system makes about 50 years).-Economy on the consumed heat power up to 12%.

- Uniform heating of the room without cold or superheated zones. - Providing comfortable thermal mode: 21-22os at the level of legs and 20 wasps at the level of the head. - Elimination of dampness, but at the same time and not overdrying of air, providing optimum moisture content indoors. - The lack of radiators indoors increases useful area, so gives ample opportunities to hosts in respect of creation of unique interior design.

In apartments with the central water supply the device of water floor is forbidden.

Features of the device of water floor

The "water heat-insulated floor" technology can be used as in public and industrial places, and residential units. There are two types of water floors: flat and concrete. At flat system the mounting of heat-insulated floor is carried out without tie. In the second case the concrete tie is filled in. Obligatory components of such heating system: polymeric or metalpolymeric pipes, thermal insulation materials, the pump providing water circulation in heating system, collectors with fitting and fixture. The concrete system of heat-insulated floors enjoys the greatest popularity now. Mounting of this heating services can be separated into the following stages: - division of the placement on sites, - surface covering heat insulation, - laying of mesh reinforcement and pipes, - opressovochny works, - flooding of concrete tie, - fair covering of floors. At the first stage the room space is divided into small sites, maximum size should not exceed 40 square meters, and ratio of the parties - 1:2. Later on previously cleaned basis of floor the thermal insulation material keeps within (to ideally use polyfoam or penotex). Between certain sectors of water floor and also on perimeter of the room cover damping tape. And over thermal insulation material stack polyethylene. The recommended size of cells of mesh reinforcement is 150 x 150, at the same time the section of bar has to be 4-5 mm. Over mesh reinforcement pipes with step of 80-300 mm keep within (they fasten to mesh reinforcement by means of plastic collars). There are several mounting modes of pipes: double snake and snake and also spiral with the displaced center, etc.

It is not necessary to fix pipe to armature too strictly as at dense fastening there can be deformation of tie.

After the end of installation works the molding of system (it is carried out for the purpose of identification of mechanical damages) is carried out, the concrete tie is filled in and mounting of fair finishing material is carried out.
