For increase in time of service of floor it is possible to use oil.
Use rigid and soft small special rugs for protection against rigid parts of sand and also various liquids. In the presence of dog, it is obligatory to wash paws after any walk. Special means will help to clean any possible pollution from parquet.
For increase in effective life it is better to put all furniture or on rugs, or to apply pads. Just enclose special felt, or felt layer under legs. There are such rugs on floor which completely transparent and are made of polyvinylchloride.
Depending on loading of floors also the number of use of care products for parquet differs. The most frequent places for leaving are corridors and also near elevators and doors. There floors receive the most heavy load. Owing to what, it is necessary to look after once a week floor in shops, schools and cafe. Every two weeks leaving is required to floor at office and corridor. Few times in month it is enough for cleaning in other places.
It is necessary to change parquet layer which is under covering from varnish time in 5-6 years and to grind on 0.3 mm. The board where there is covering, will serve from 13 to 15 years. Maintenance of necessary humidity in the room will help to increase duration of service. Frequent airing and maintenance of heating by 20 degrees will help not to create excess moisture. Range of the necessary humidity for parquet from 45 to 60%. If it is broken, then levels of floor can extend and look as "court shoes".
