The base construction under the building can be carried out by means of various options and technologies. However the technology of continuous footing is most convenient for frame housing construction.

1. Different technologies of laying of the foundation can be applied in different situations: the geodetic situation, weight and structure of future house, soil type, depth of underground waters and so forth has to be considered.
2. The most widespread option at the base device under the frame house is use of tape technology. Melkozaglublenny such base has received the name because to the earth it is lowered only by one and a half meters, is more rare – on meter. This indicator is influenced by type of the soil on which construction of the house is planned. It is desirable that soil on which the base will be constructed was strong, it will hold on itself(himself) all weight of the ready house.
3. Provided that on the base there will be no strong external loading, its depth can be not too big. The construction can be carried out to independence of weather patterns at all seasons of the year. The approximate weight of design will be about one ton per one square meter of housing. 5. Pay attention that continuous footing is not suitable for the marshy soil as in such conditions for it there is no support. Besides, in the soil should not be held small stone streak which negatively affect quality of the base. For marshy soils the plate bases which go deep on only 0.5 meters are the most suitable.
6. And it is the best of all to define type of soil on which the base will be constructed still before construction jobs as it will allow to exclude emergence of mistakes are begun. Special processes are for this purpose applied.
7. Anyway, at stage of excavation of trench it will be already possible to define with what type of the soil to go work, and the it will be more uniform, the better. By the way, the natural oversight can be corrected, having added peschanograviyny mix or fraction of natural stone to soil.
