1. In construction of owner-occupied dwellings the continuous footing is most popular. Most often it is done monolithic, but also the combined tape is quite often used. It consists of blocks.
2. For fundamentadlya constructions of the basis for the house it is possible to use types of blocks or blocks from concrete of high specific weight (FBS), or keramzitobetonny. Small constructions (economic blocks, baths, sanitary rooms) can be established on foam concrete blocks. Despite the seeming fragility, they are capable to maintain considerable loadings. But such basis can be built only on stable soil. Otherwise under the influence of rebound forces it will quickly crack.
3. About concrete blocks These products it is better than others are suitable for construction of the base. They are strong, durable, have standard dimensions that considerably facilitates process of construction of the basis. But they have one "minus" - big weight. Therefore in mounting of combined tape it is necessary to use the load-lifting equipment.
4. There are three types of concrete blocks: hollow (FBP), with cuts under communications (FBV) and wall (FBS). All these products is issued according to the adopted standard. Height of blocks identical – 580 mm, but width and length are different. All types of products can be 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm wide. Standard length: 780, 1180, 2380 mm. FBS blocks 50-60 cm wide and 2380 mm long are optimum for construction of the base. Use of this material allows to minimize quantity of vertical joints and considerably reduces time of involvement of the load-lifting equipment that significantly reduces the price of construction.
5. The plants release also special base slabs of FL. These products are intended for construction of various type of the bases for buildings and have standards of width 600, 800, 1000, 1200-3200 mm. In private construction it is possible to use products 60-80 cm wide. Plate of FL make of concrete of high brands and reinforce steel framework.
6. About keramzitobetonny the blokakhet of product differ considerably in smaller weight, than blocks from heavy concrete. They have smaller heat conductivity as filler is haydite which is suitable as heater. That is, the basis from such blocks will better keep and keep heat. On durability they concede concrete a little, but are simpler in laying. The price of these products is significantly lower, than at blocks from concrete of high specific weight (FBS, FS, etc.). Products from keramzitobeton are optimum for construction of the bases under easy constructions: karkasnik, from foam concrete, panel board, shlakozasypny.
