1. In case construction of the house takes place on specially developed project, it exempts from problem of the choice of necessary quality class for laying of the base. If is not present, then the owner of future house has to have idea of right choice of quality class for construction of the base.
2. Concrete is chosen taking into account loading which will be born by the base during construction. Also it is necessary to consider the approximate weight of the ready building, type of soil on which it will be constructed depth of underground waters and availability of additional constructions in the form of the basement and so on.
3. If construction of the combined and panel board house is planned, then it means that the base will be affected by not really heavy loads and therefore concrete can be chosen brands m200. If future house is under construction of bar or wood, keramzitobetonny blocks, foam concrete blocks, etc., in this case brand concrete m300, well or as a last resort - m250 has to be used. Those who wishes to build the strongest house and applies brick or metalconcrete designs to construction should choose quality class m350 or higher brands.
4. At construction of the base you should not forget also about type of the soil on which construction of the house is planned. If soil of sandy or rocky type, then in these cases is better to apply concrete m200 or m250. However such soil meets seldom. In most cases at construction the soil on clay basis differing in the main shortcoming - big puchinistost is observed. To lay the foundation on such soil, the soil needs to be dug rather deeply that clay on which the building will be constructed did not freeze through. Therefore concrete m250 will be suitable for such option. However for bigger guarantee it is better to use the brand m350.
5. Besides, the choice of any given brand is influenced directly also by base type. If in future house the basement device is planned, then in this case it is necessary to consider level of underground water without fail. In this case several options can be applied. It is possible to take concrete of lower brand, and from outer end to process waterproofing. Or it is possible to establish the base from concrete of the average brand then to process it specially intended impregnations. Of course, concrete of high brands will provide more reliable result. However it is heavy to work with such materials as they quickly enough stiffen in working process and the price of them is higher.
