Isobosoms – thermal, moisture insulating and noise-insulating insulation material. It is used in construction, automotive industry and other areas as heater. It is resistant to influence of organic solvents, ultraviolet, etc.

Isobosoms – elastic zakrytoyacheisty penopolietilen, having excellent heat-insulating properties. Moreover, it is one of the most effective heat insulators existing today. It is widely applied in automotive industry and mechanical engineering, in the shoe industry and orthopedics, fridges and conditioners. On its basis produce fillers of floating saving means, goods of household-economic assignment, packing and laying materials, etc.

Features of production technique

Isobosoms can be "sewed" and "not sewed". At not sewed isobosom or frothed polyethylene untied molecular structure. It means that molecules of polymer have among themselves no chemical bonds. Not sewed isobosoms has not changed structure of polyethylene, and sewed – modified. Formation of the cross and connected or mesh molecular model is result of stitching. The quality of the sewed penopolietilen is significantly higher than the quality which is not sewed. First of all the stitching increases heat resistance of isobosom and also resistance to organic solvents, benzo-, oil - and oil resistance. It is separately possible to mark out resistance to ultraviolet and atmospheric precipitation.

Isobosom advantages

There are several brands of isobosom differing on density, operational temperature range, physicomechanical properties, the price, etc. But each of them possesses magnificent thermal insulation and noise isolation. Isobosoms does not pass water, does not decay and does not grow mouldy, meets the requirements of hygienic safety. It is easily mounted by means of small nails, the furniture stapler, glue, double-sided adhesive tape, etc. On average, 10 mm of penopolietilen can replace 15 cm of brickwork or 4.5 cm of tree (fir-tree or pines). At the same time reliable heat preservation and also cold weather allows to gain economic effect of use of isobosom already at the very beginning of operation. This material has resistance to impact of cyclic change of temperatures from +65 °C to –30 °C. Penopolietilen it is easy to cut, overwork hot pressing, pasting, welding, thermal vacuum forming, etc. Material is easily duplicated with plastic films, fabrics, etc. It is subject to coloring in various colors. Isobosoms allows contact with skin of the person and foodstuff. Material does not emit toxic substances even at temperature of +140 °C. By production there is no destruction of ozone layer of the atmosphere, and at burial in the earth the toxic gases and substances polluting reservoirs are not allocated. Waste of processing can be reused as thermal insulation and packing. In addition, it is possible to fill with them construction materials.
