Rooms studios become more and more popular: most often high demand on them is explained by low price. Such option of planning has appeared more than a century ago, however in Russia it has become widespread only in the last decades, having become peculiar opposition to usual "room" system.
Main features of rooms studios
The room studio represents the apartment almost without partitions – in it only the bathroom is separated while the bedroom, the kitchen, the living room are in the same room. On the one hand, it opens great opportunities for realization of the ideas: it is possible to change planning and to place furniture at discretion, to build and remove mobile partitions, screens, curtains. On the other hand, also the considerable quantity of problems appears: smells from kitchen will always be both in the bedroom, and in the living room, members of household will not have special personal space, and the guests coming to the house will see all private zones if only not to separate them by means of screen.
Rooms studios are usually small, but as in them there are no walls, it is possible to save also living space. Moreover, such planning does the house is much more spacious in comparison with the apartments with bigger area but separated into set of rooms.
In most cases rooms studios initially have free planning. It manages to be reached thanks to singular engineering solutions. However sometimes it is possible to turn the normal apartment into studio, having dismantled walls. It is possible only in some multifamily houses with minimum of load bearing walls.
Who suits rooms studios
The room studio – remarkable option for people who live in loneliness and also for young couples. It is easy to clean it, it is spacious and convenient. Thanks to freedom of planning and lack of walls it is possible to prepare in "kitchen" and at the same time to watch TV located in "living room". Also such option well suits people who do not love monotony as it is possible to change interior of studio though every week. Having added folding partitions, it is possible even to adjust registration and planning every day. Besides, it is easy to turn the room studio if necessary into the big dining room or the living room if it is going to carry out festive feast or party.
Nevertheless, such option has also "contraindications". It is not recommended to be chosen to families with children as it will be very difficult to equip the comfortable nursery at such planning. It is even more difficult to get on in studio to representatives of three generations or just big families where each person needs the personal space. Open "rooms" in it case will become the discomfort reason, and it is possible, and quarrels, scandals.
