When choosing seeds of pepper which are bought for cultivation, set of factors play role. What grade you prefer – late or early. For what purposes you will sell to grow up – conservation entirely, production of lecso, farshirovka or the fresh use. It is also necessary to consider whether you want to collect the seeds of pepper for future landings. And the last, the most important – in what climate and soil (open or hothouse) will occur cultivation of pepper.

1. Pepper – one of the most thermophilic vegetables. In the open ground it is grown up only in the southern areas. All other climatic zones can receive good harvest in greenhouses and the heated greenhouses (northern areas). Absolutely in all regions it is preferable not to sow pepper seeds in soil at once, and to grow up seedling.
2. From early ripening grades which grow up in the open ground, the best: – Eroshka – color orange-red, form cubical, the mass of fruit is 150-160 g, high-yielding; – Funtik – color red, form cone-shaped, thick-walled, the mass of fruit up to 180 g; – "Czardas" – orange-red color, cone-shaped form, very large fruit up to 200 g; – "Ship's boy" – color bright red, form cone-shaped, fruit weight – 140-170 g; – "Chord" is saturated-red, cone-shaped, the mass of 160-190 g, thick-walled, fleshy; – "Cornet" – when maturing color of fruits red-brown, large-fruited up to 200 g, fructification the continuous, high content of carotene and vitamin C; – "Buratino of F1" – hybrid, fruits of bright red color, weight up to 120 g, is suitable for farshirovka;

Average and late-ripening grades for the open ground: – "Anniversary 307" – red, oblong shape, weight – 75-90 g, a lot of vitamin C contains color of fruits, is suitable for conservation; – "Crystal" is fruitful, fruits ribbed, cone-shaped, bright red color, the mass of fruit – 60-90 g, thick-walled; – "F1 bachata" – hybrid, fruits of red coloring, weight up to 110 g, cone-shaped, long, grade juicy, thin-walled; – "Kapro F1" – hybrid, dark red fruits, cone-shaped, fleshy pulp, mass of fruit – 75-120 g.
4. Early ripening hothouse grades: – "Madcap" – orange-red fruits, form cone with roundish top, Masa of fruit of 80-140 g, pulp dense; – "Actor" – color of fruits bright red, very large – weight up to 250 g, wall of average thickness, pulp juicy; – "Conceited person" – red leathery fruits with juicy dense pulp, the mass of fruit – 160 g, differs in lezhkost, well transfers transportation; – "Smile" – red cone-shaped fruits, fragrant, sweet, thick-walled, fruit weight – up to 180 g – "The orange beauty of F1" – hybrid grade, color of fruits bright orange, very large – up to 220 g, glossy, thick-walled, ribbed.
5. Late-ripening hothouse grades: – "Tenderness" – color of fruit dark red, form – truncated cone, weight – 85-110 g, high tastes; – "Swallow" – fruits of red color, small – 45-80 g extended, cone-shaped, are used for conservation; – "F1 meteor" – hybrid, saturated red color, the extended form, juicy pulp, fruit weight – up to 135 g.
