1. On average the viability of seeds of pepper remains within three years, and after that falls. Especially large role is played by storage conditions of seeds. In not warmed room the viability of seeds remains only for 1-2 years. To define viability of seeds, place them in solution of salt water. Good seeds will fall by bottom, and bad will emerge on surface: they should be thrown out. Wash the remained seeds with water and dry up on normal paper.
2. It is also possible to carry out sorting of seeds approximately. Leave only the light and not damaged seeds, and puny, ugly, empty, gray and brown throw out. Seeds of pepper are considered as tugovskhozhy: they sprout only for 12-15 day if previously not to process them. Warm up old seeds of pepper before crops in thermos within hour. Temperature of warming up has to be not less than 48 wasps. Do not put seeds at the battery or at the oven: there temperature not too high. Seeds will just dry. 4. For increase in speed of germination of seeds execute their processing in growth factors. For example, place seeds in solution of biostimulant "Epin-Ekstra". Ratio: 4 drops of substance on 250 ml of water. Keep seeds in solution not less than 10 hours. It is possible to use solution of oven ashes: 2 tablespoons on one liter of water. The dissolved ashes should be infused within a day. Submerge seeds in solution for 3-6 hours and seed them, without washing out in water. It is very convenient to submerge seeds in growth factor in gauze sacks. So you will never mix different grades.
5. After soaking of seeds their prorashchivaniye practices. It gives guarantee of nearly 100% of viability. Spread out seeds on damp fabric in the warm place. Periodically add water on drops that fabric did not dry out. As a rule, in 4-5 days from seeds of pepper white tips of backs appear. Now they can be landed. For prorashchivaniye it is possible to use omagnichenny water or solution of microelements (1 tablet on one liter of water).
