As an alternative sand-cement structure the self-leveled mix can be chosen. But if floor very uneven or possesses essential shortcomings, such mix will not approach. It can be applied only to the second leveling layer. For example, if in the bathroom it is going to install the "heat-insulated floor" system, such option will approach as well as possible. When the first layer of cement and sand tie dries, on it the thermal insulation layer from above keeps within then the second layer is filled in. The floor surface has to be newly leveled after that.
