The easiest way is to buy special set of ware for the microwave oven in shop. But there is also other way. In any kitchen for certain there will be many suitable tanks, it is important to know only what to choose from them.
Capacity for the microwave oven should not have as a part of metals, not carry out current, to be heat-resistant and transparent for microwaves.
For use of ware in the microwave there is test: the normal glass without the drawing undertakes, water is poured into it. The glass is located in test ware, and it in turn - in the microwave. The microwave oven turns on on full power for 1 minute. At extraction of all ware, water in glass has to be hotter, and ware in which there was glass should not heat up. Hot ware is unsuitable for the microwave.

Only cotton and linen will be suitable for warming up and pastries in the microwave.
