Cauliflower – irreplaceable product for all who try to eat not only tasty but also it is useful. As well as any other plant of family of cruciferae family, cauliflower loves a lot of water and sunlight. But there are also nuances. With other things being equal it is possible to grow up smart tops of vegetable, and not to wait for white gentle inflorescences. In midland the cauliflower harvest directly depends on sowing time.
Grades and hybrids of cauliflower separate on maturing terms. Sowing time also depends on terms of maturing. The fact is that the head of cauliflower is put at temperature from +20 to +30. If terms of laying of inflorescences have fallen on the scorching heat, then the harvest will not be as water. Only leaves will grow.

Seeds on seedling sow in the middle end of March for receiving summer harvest at the end of June – the beginning of July. Seedling is grown up in the greenhouse.
For autumn harvest the same early ripening varieties sow at the beginning of May in hotbed. Then the cauliflower will please gardeners with white heads since the end of September on November.
Sredneranny grades and hybrids with the term of maturing from 126 to 135 days sow in April to the open ground. Usually average grades differ from early in high productivity. It is the Guarantee, Moscow canning, Icing, the Snowdrift, Purple, Tselest, Koz Derez.
Late-ripening grades and hybrids (160-170 days), such as Adler winter, Sochi, Adler spring, grow up in the southern regions. They are sowed in the fall to receive commodity heads by March-April. In midland it is senseless to grow up such grades and hybrids.
