Any conditioner drips, at least, it has to do it. However emergence of water in unexpected places or high volumes causes suspicion and can be sign that operation of the conditioner is broken and there are some problems requiring the solution.

The conditioner, as we know, serves not only for cooling of indoor air. It is also intended in order that to the person it was most comfortable to be in it. It is reached, in particular, thanks to air drainage. Basis of process is the simple principle: water from air has to be condensed by means of something cold. Certainly that in the conditioner moisture accumulates directly on the cooling system which usually is in the room. That is certain amount of water gathers in cold zones of the compressor of the conditioner and flows down in the special equipped pallet. After that it follows on special tube in the sewerage or on the street.

Conditioner power, temperature and air humidity determine the water volume which has to follow from the conditioner. In hot sunny weather at high humidity the conditioner cooling the average room can produce up to 14 l of water per day. Certainly, the person cannot use this water, however it can be used successfully during watering of plants.

Generally problems which are connected with the water dripping in the unappropriated place arise because of the wrong mounting of the conditioner. Such leaks often spoil floor, walls, furniture and lead to emergence of fungus. The conditioner is installed correctly if the drainage tube goes down, that is its exhaust outlet is below entrance. Besides, emergence of drops in front part of the conditioner can be caused by violation of the rules of its operation. Let's say on the working device streams of humid and hot air constantly get. In such situation water is condensed on the cooled parts of the external block and gathers in drops. To avoid this situation, it is necessary to try to save the conditioner from hit of direct air flows from the street. Besides, it is undesirable to operate the conditioner with open windows and doors. Well and it is natural, water which drips from the internal block, very often is consequence of the fact that drainage tubes are damaged or were hammered. In that case it makes sense not to solve problem independently, and to ask for the help in the service center.
