Why the all-house counter is necessary

If in the apartment the individual electric counter is installed, then at installation of the all-house device the residents will pay only the part proportional to electric power expense in the apartment for the period. That is the more it is spent electricity, the more it is necessary to pay for it.
In case the individual counter in the apartment is not installed, payment pays off proceeding from standards. These standards consider the metric area of the room and the number of the people registered in it. For example, three persons living in the one-room apartment will pay for the electric power three times smaller, than their neighbors who live three together in the three-room apartment. They will use all-house electricity in equal shares. It turns out that by means of counters, both room, and all-brownies, it is possible to calculate amount of the used energy more precisely. In many respects thanks to counters natural resources which are used for power generation at power plants are saved. Besides, counters allow to save money of the population. It is possible to use energy saving lamps, to establish protection against spontaneous connections to network in the house, to carry out necessary repair works. Perhaps, the only, but very essential lack of all-house counters – at refusal of any resident to pay its share neighbors as the cost of the electric power is divided equally into all residents of the house should pay.
