As the car was invented

As the car was invented

Who how and when invented the first-ever car – to tell unambiguously rather difficult. At the end of the 19th century a huge number of engineers of Europe and the USA was obsessed with the ideas of designing of cars. Achieved progress several inventors working at the same time independently of each other at once. Whom as a result to consider the pioneer – a controversial issue. Nevertheless, each of them made the contribution to business of automotive industry.

Instruction

1. The very first car in the world with the petrol internal combustion engine was invented by the outstanding German engineer and the founder of automotive industry Karl Benz in 1885. He represented double crew on three high bicycle wheels and received the name Motorwagen (literally – "the motor cart"). Benz successfully patented the invention, but it was not succeeded to sell it it. As a result he went by the car and members of his family. But Benz arranged the production of cars first in the history. It occurred in 1888.

2. In 1886 other German engineer Gottlieb of Daimler presented four-wheel option of the car which reached the speed of 16 km/h. Despite bicycle wheels, in its car it was already possible to notice lines of cars of the future.

3. Some historians call one of inventors of the car of Austrian Markus Siegfried who began to be engaged in automotive industry in 1875. Its many practices found application in automotive industry. So, it invented the carburetor and also magnetoelectric ignition which began to be used in internal combustion engines is opened.

4. At the beginning of the 20th century the cars working at electricity were invented. Their forerunners appeared in the 1840th years, but they were so clumsy and slow that the pedestrian going a slow step could overtake them. Electric vehicles of the end of the XIX beginning XX vv were capable to gather speed more than 60 km/h. And Belgian Kamil Zhenattsi created the La Jamais Contente electric vehicle which overcame a boundary of 100 km/h.

5. Nevertheless, motor transport working at electricity did not gain wide recognition in a type of low capacity of accumulators. Interest in such cars revived only in the 21st century in connection with the need for environmentally friendly fuel.
