- - Salty pulp of all-beef (1 kg);
- - Bay leaf (2-3 pieces);
- - Onions (1 piece);
- - Carnation (8 sticks);
- - Carrots (2 pieces);
- - Lime juice (40-50 ml);
- - Sugar (100 g);
- - Ground cinnamon and a carnation (on 1/2 tsps);
- - Mustard powder and chalk (on 1 tablespoon).
Instruction
1. All-beef should be wetted previously for the night. For this purpose in a deep form for roasting to lay out the carrots cut by circles, onions, the whole sticks of a carnation, bay leaves, from above – beef pulp.
2. After night to fill in in a form with meat water. Cook on weak fire about 2-3 hours until meat becomes soft. Leave a form before cooling of meat.
3. If an oven gas, then it is necessary to warm it up to 160 C if electric – to 180 C. Shift the boiled meat to a baking tray (without broth).
4. For glaze to mix lime juice, cinnamon, a refiner syrup, mustard powder, honey and a carnation. Water with the turned-out mix meat and put a baking tray in a heated-up oven for about 30-40 minutes, before emergence of a glossy golden crust on beef. Periodically it is necessary to sauce meat during roasting.
5. Lay out ready meat on a plate, it is possible to cut pieces, segments, circles and to decorate with parsley. As a garnish it is better to use stewed vegetables or boiled potatoes.
