Beef salad ""Capital"

At any holiday table there has to be a tasty meat salad. Most often hostesses add boiled meat of beef to snack, it nonfat and if it is welded correctly, then and is very gentle. So let's learn to cook beef salad which carries the name "Capital".

It is required to you

  • - beef – 500–600 g;
  • - carrots – 3 pieces;
  • - onion – 2 pieces;
  • - potatoes – 3 large tubers;
  • - eggs – 8 pieces;
  • - a canned peas – 300 g;
  • - a cucumber pickles – 5 pieces;
  • - mayonnaise – 5 - 6 tablespoons;
  • - greens – 20 g;
  • - bay leaf – 2 pieces;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. The beef bought in shop or in the market, by the way, it is better to take cutting, wash a baking plate with flowing water, remove all inedible parts and veins. Place meat in a pan with water, liquid has to cover beef completely. Add one whole bulb (it is necessary for aroma) and bay leaf to the same pan, salt to taste. Now put a pan on fire and boil meat. Approximate preparation time about an hour. But everything depends on age of beef and on whether it was exposed to freezing. When meat cooks, cool it and cut in small cubes.

2. Put to cook potato and carrots, it is possible in one pan and in a peel. In a separate dish cook eggs. When vegetables are ready, let's them cool down, and then cut in cubes. Shell eggs and crush. It isn't recommended to rub them as they will just get lost in salad.

3. In one bowl mix meat, the crushed vegetables and eggs. Open a jar with peas, merge liquid and add to others ingredient. Cut one fresh bulb as it is possible more small, crush marinated cucumbers cubes, send everything to a bowl. Properly mix, add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Capital salad is ready. Before giving powder it with the crushed greens, and you can decorate with thin plates of beef and olives.
