Beef with a mushroom sauce

Juicy beef with a mushroom sauce can be served on the garnished baked vegetables table or mashed potatoes. The dish has saturated taste thanks to addition of hot spices.

It is required to you

  • - 1 head of onions
  • - carnation
  • - 600 g of beef
  • - 1/2 cups of red wine
  • - 1 vitellus
  • - 100 ml of cream
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - salt
  • - 2 garlic gloves
  • - fresh greens
  • - soy-bean sauce
  • - 200 g of champignons

Instruction

1. Slightly warm up red wine on slow fire. Pour in a soy-bean sauce, add a carnation, it is a little sugar, a black sprinkling pepper. salt and the crushed garlic. Mix ingredients, but you don't bring to the boil.

2. Cut meat medallions and fill in with the made sauce. Several hours beef has to be pickled.

3. Crush onions. Cut champignons thin plates. Fry ingredients on vegetable oil before emergence of a golden crust on onions. Separately shake up cream with a vitellus. Add mix to mushrooms and repeatedly fry thoroughly within several minutes.

4. Fry meat from two parties on vegetable oil before emergence of a ruddy crust, and then lay out in a form for roasting.

5. Fill in meat preparation with a mushroom sauce and put in an oven for 10 minutes. Before giving on a table decorate a dish with branches of parsley or green onions.
