  • - 455 g of wheat flour;
  • - 150 g of a desi;
  • - 100 g of sugar;

  • - baking powder, milk, vanilla sugar, bilberry jam, salt and to taste and by eye.

Instruction

1. For this pie take apples of the small size. Sift wheat flour together with baking powder, add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, a desi, about 5 tablespoons of milk. Knead dough, roll it in a sphere, previously having separated a little test for future sides.

2. Lay baking paper a baking dish. Wash out apples, cut on halves, exempt from cores, clean. Put dough on a form bottom, create sides. On dough cuts lay out apples up, having drowned them in the test a little.

3. Partially fill apples with jam. Fill intervals between apples with small balls from the test. Send a form to an oven, prepare 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Pie has to be reddened properly.
