Singularity of this recipe is that vareniki are cooked from the cottage cheese test and are steamed then. Vanilla and thyme sauce will become fine addition to such vareniki. As a stuffing we will take fresh strawberry.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 400 g of flour;
  • - 300 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1/3 h spoon of salt.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 400 g of strawberry;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tablespoon of corn starch.
  • For sauce:
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 2 vitelluses;
  • - 5 branches of a thyme;
  • - vanillin.

Instruction

1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and eggs, fill up flour with sugar and salt, knead dough from these components, cover it with a towel and set aside to have a rest for 10 minutes.

2. Wash out fresh strawberry, cut, mix with sugar and starch - the stuffing for vareniki is ready.

3. Lay out dough on the table sprinkled with flour. Roll in layer, cut out circles a form or a glass, put a strawberry stuffing on test circles, miss the mark edges of the test with protein and you stick together vareniki.
