- - vanillin.
Instruction
1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and eggs, fill up flour with sugar and salt, knead dough from these components, cover it with a towel and set aside to have a rest for 10 minutes.
2. Wash out fresh strawberry, cut, mix with sugar and starch - the stuffing for vareniki is ready.
3. Lay out dough on the table sprinkled with flour. Roll in layer, cut out circles a form or a glass, put a strawberry stuffing on test circles, miss the mark edges of the test with protein and you stick together vareniki.
