  • cheese of firm grades — 400 g;
  • sweet paprika — 3 pieces;
  • eggs — 3 pieces;
  • garlic — 5 cloves;
  • natural yoghourt without additives — 2 tablespoons;
  • greens and spices — to taste.

Cheese is grated on an average grater, mixed with chopped garlic and greens, add a natural yoghourt. Eggs are boiled by hard-boiled, shell.

Pepper are washed, delete sunflower seeds and fruit stems. On a bottom spread a spoon of cheese and garlic weight, put egg. The remained free space in pepper is filled with a fragrant cheese curd.

The dietary recipe for a New Year's table can be modified slightly, having made chicken cutlets not in an oven, and in a frying pan. Oil doesn't need to be added — instead of it pour in 50-70 ml of boiled water. Ready cutlets turn out gentle and low-calorie.
