East Prince salad this madly tasty spicy, light dish. The intriguing name hides for itself quite simple list of ingredients and simple process of preparation that doesn't worsen gustatory qualities.

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 400 g;
  • Cheese of firm grades - 20 g;
  • Radish green - 2 fruits of the average size;
  • 1 lemon;
  • Eggs - 4 pieces;
  • Provencal mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons.
  • Olive oil (it is possible to replace sunflower) - 4 tablespoons;
  • High-grade flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • Onion - 2 heads;
  • Fragrant mix of ground pepper, salt.

Preparation:

  • In advance to prepare radish, washout properly, having cleaned and having kept in cold water of 40-60 minutes, it needs to be made to remove excess bitterness.
  • Crush the soaked radish through a large grater, as necessary to wring out excess juice.
