Fast cheese flat cakes with a stuffing

Flat cakes from the cheese test with a ham stuffing are cooked very quickly. Such dish will be suitable both for a breakfast, and as snack on a holiday table.

Preparation of cheese flat cakes will require the following products:

- 200-220 ml of kefir

- half of a teaspoon of salt

- half of a teaspoon of sugar

- half of a teaspoon of soda

- about 350 grams of cheese, grated on small grater (Gouda, Dutch)

- 350-370 grams of grated ham (or sausages)

- about two glasses of flour

Preparation:

1. To add soda, salt and sugar to kefir and to mix.

2. Add flour and about 250 grams of cheese.

3. Divide ready dough into small portions.

4. Every portion slightly to roll and to put a stuffing (mix of ham and cheese) in the center.

5. Close flat cakes from above in the manner of khinkali and once again to roll a little.

6. Fry the received flat cakes in the oiled frying pan. Fry on moderate fire and under covered. As soon as one party is reddened, flat cake it is necessary to turn and fry other party.

7. It is possible to serve such flat cakes with sour cream, fresh greens or with any sauce. But they are good also in itself, without seasonings.
