Instruction

1. Clean onions, wash and cut half rings.

2. After that fill in with hot water and leave that bitterness, for 15 minutes left.

3. Then drain water, and wash out onions under a stream of flowing water. Add salt to taste and lemon juice. Carefully mix everything and add chili powder. Leave to be pickled for 30 minutes.

4. Wash greens of cilantro, dry and small cut. Shift the crushed greens to onions, add a little vegetable oil and once again mix.
